Which size is right for me?

The 32" oven delivers fast heats up times, and can cook two small, or one medium pizza a time. It is the right oven for tight spaces. It has an 8” deep oven landing for staging and warming food. You can cook 2 10” pizzas, 12 1 lb. loaves of bread, one large chicken or 2 roasting pans at a time.

The 36" oven is our most popular oven size, cooking three personal pizzas at a time, as well as or roasts and vegetables. It features a 36" round cooking surface and 8” deep oven landing for staging and warming food. You can cook (3) 10” pizzas, (17) 1 lb. loaves of bread, one small turkey or large chicken, or 2 roasting pans at a time.

The 40" provides more space for multiple roasting pans, along with room for more pizza and bread. It features a 40" round cooking surface and 8” deep oven landing for staging and warming food. You can cook (5) 10” pizzas, (22) 1 lb. loaves of bread, one large turkey or 3 roasting pans at a time

Perfect for the serious chef, or neighborhood host, the 44" oven can be the center of attention for larger parties and family events. It features a 44" round cooking surface and 8” deep oven landing for staging and warming food. You can cook 7 10” pizzas, 26 1 lb. loaves of bread, one large turkey, or 4 roasting pans at a time.

You can also order one of the pre-assembled oven & stand combos as well. The Primavera series comes in 24" or 28" and the Toscana series starts at 32" and goes all the way up to 44". Just set them on the Forno Bravo stand and they are ready to cure and fire up. Order your oven through us and we will come out to your site and help you setup your oven. We can also finish your stand in culutred stone or any other finish of your choice.

Pricing:

Pricing of your wood-fired oven can range greatly, based on the size and finish options you choose. Depending on the size and finishes you choose, the prices can range anywhere from $1,250 for a DIY kit to $12,000 for a fully customized oven. A completely finished 36" oven will usually range from $7,000-8,000.
